1. Purpose

These Terms and Conditions govern the access, navigation, and use of the website www.maisonprive.co, as well as the services coordinated by Maison Privé, a private wellness space located in Colombia.
Use of the website or request for services implies full and unconditional acceptance of these terms.

2. Nature of the Services

Maison Privé is a private space focused on wellness, relaxation, and personal care experiences.
All services offered are strictly therapeutic and wellness-oriented. Under no circumstances do they constitute medical services or replace professional healthcare.
Maison Privé acts as a coordinator of private experiences and may involve independent professionals previously selected under internal standards of quality, discretion, and presentation.

3. Access Requirements

Only individuals over 18 years of age may access the services.
The user declares that all information provided is truthful, complete, and up to date.
Maison Privé may request additional validation prior to confirming a reservation.
We reserve the right of admission and service provision without the need for justification.

4. Booking and Validation Process

All bookings are subject to availability.
Confirmation is made only after direct validation of the user.
Maison Privé may request additional information for security and verification purposes.
A booking is considered confirmed only when expressly indicated by the Maison Privé team.
A partial advance payment is required to secure the experience.
Maison Privé reserves the right to reject requests that do not meet internal validation criteria.

5. Payments

All prices are expressed in Colombian Pesos (COP), unless otherwise indicated.
Available payment methods will be communicated at the time of booking.
Payment implies full acceptance of the service conditions.
Additional fees may apply depending on the selected payment method.

6. Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy

Cancellations with short notice may incur penalties.
Failure to attend the experience results in the total loss of the advance payment without exception.
Rescheduling is subject to availability and internal evaluation.
Maison Privé reserves the right to determine applicable conditions on a case-by-case basis.

7. Wellness Conditions (Disclaimer)

The user declares to be in adequate physical condition to receive wellness services.
It is the user’s responsibility to inform in advance of any relevant condition, including but not limited to:

injuries
illnesses
pregnancy
ongoing medical treatments

Maison Privé shall not be held responsible for any effects resulting from omitted, incomplete, or inaccurate information.
Services provided do not replace medical care nor should they be interpreted as clinical treatment.

8. User Conduct

The user agrees to maintain respectful, discreet, and appropriate behavior throughout the experience.
It is strictly prohibited to:

record, photograph, or capture content without explicit authorization
engage in actions that compromise the safety or integrity of staff
display invasive, disrespectful, or inappropriate behavior

Any violation may result in immediate termination of the service without the right to a refund.

9. Relationship with Staff

Personnel involved in the experiences are previously selected and operate under the coordination of Maison Privé.
To preserve service quality and operational structure, it is not permitted to:

request, exchange, or insist on obtaining personal contact details
manage or attempt to coordinate services outside official channels
establish direct agreements with staff during or after the experience

Violation of these conditions may result in:

immediate termination of the service without refund
restriction from future services
permanent blocking of the user from Maison Privé channels

10. Environment and Experience Conditions

Maison Privé operates under a private, discreet, and controlled access concept.
The user agrees to:

respect the environment of the space
comply with established timeframes
not introduce unauthorized third parties

Failure to comply may result in immediate cancellation of the experience.

11. Limitation of Liability

Maison Privé shall not be responsible for:

personal decisions made by the user before, during, or after the service
misuse of the contracted experience
undisclosed physical conditions
external interruptions beyond its control
force majeure or unforeseen circumstances

12. Intellectual Property

All content on the website, including texts, images, design, brand, and logo, is the exclusive property of Maison Privé.
Total or partial reproduction without express authorization is strictly prohibited.

13. Data Protection

The processing of personal data is governed by the Privacy Policy available on the website.

14. Modifications

Maison Privé may modify these Terms and Conditions at any time.
The applicable version will be the one published on the website at the time of service use.

15. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Colombia.
