Refund Policy
1. Nature of the Service
The services offered by Maison Privé consist of private wellness experiences with exclusive allocation of space, time, and personnel.
Due to the personalized and reserved nature of the service, refund conditions are limited.
2. Advance Payments
Any deposit or payment made to secure a reservation:
Is considered formal confirmation of the service.
Blocks schedule and availability.
Generates immediate operational costs.
For this reason, deposits are non-refundable, except in the cases expressly stated in this policy.
3. Cases Where Refunds Do NOT Apply
No refunds will be issued when:
The user cancels outside the permitted timeframe.
The user does not attend (No Show).
The user voluntarily ends the service.
The service is terminated due to inappropriate behavior.
The user changes their mind after the service has been confirmed.
4. Cancellations Within the Allowed Timeframe
If the user cancels at least two (2) hours in advance:
They may opt for rescheduling at no additional cost.
The amount paid may be held as credit for a period of sixty (60) days.
Cash refunds will not be issued in these cases, except under exceptional administrative decision.
5. Cancellation by Maison Privé
If, due to operational reasons or force majeure, Maison Privé is unable to provide the service:
Priority rescheduling will be offered.
An alternative therapist or service will be provided.
A full refund of the amount paid will be issued.
6. Procedure
All requests must be submitted in writing through our official WhatsApp channel within 24 hours of the event.
Requests will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
7. Refund Processing Time
If a refund applies:
The process may take between 8 and 15 business days.
It will be issued through the same payment method used.
Banking or payment platform fees are non-refundable.
8. Final Considerations
Maison Privé operates under an exclusive reservation model with limited availability.
Respect for time and commitments ensures the quality of the service provided.
